“Make a life, not just a living” by Winston Churchill is Adamson’s philosophy. He made himself a speechwriter, a speaker, and a trendsetter leading fellow writers to develop new styles and techniques in his book on ATMs of Speech Writing. He claimed that his earlier years as a writer and as a member of the BSU Board of Regents representing the students, and teaching hurled him into the world of speech writing.

Adamson is a Level 5 Licensed Trainer for Emceeing and Hosting by SMART National. For

10 years now, he manages Speech Management and Rhetoric Training Systems- Facilitating Innovative Tools & Solutions (SMART- FITS), the only School of Emceeing in Baguio City. He continues to mentor professional hosts and emcees and those in the Train Program such as school supervisors, and police officers among others with over 400 trainees finishing the program.

His lifelong advocacy is “MAXIMIZER”-Make things happen; Achieve personal significance; Xcross out negatives; Internalize right principles; March to a mission; Integrate all of life; Zero in caring for people; Energize internally; and Realign rigorously.

Adamson served twice as Special Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. In 2014, he was Visiting Professor at Sungkonghoe University in South Korea, an institutional partner of BSU in the teaching of English as a Second Language.
