When she was Principal, the Epiphany Christian Academy (ECA) in La Trinidad was awarded Best Performing in three consecutive years, and Best Disaster Risk Reduction and Management School Implementer. Consequently, she was awarded Best Performing School Head.

To strengthen the academic performance at ECA, she initiated partnerships with DepEd Benguet, BSU-CHET, BSU-CTE, Easter College, and King’s College of the Philippines. She likewise sought the assistance of Barangay Betag, LGU La Trinidad, and Pag-Ibig for Mutual Fund among employees. She joined organizations to learn from them such as the Associaiton of Episcopalian Schools in the Philippines, and Girl Scout of the Philippines Association for Teachers and Educators-CAR Chapter.

Her community services include donation of books, school supplies, printers, clothing, and educational toys to public schools. She is a volunteer of the La Trinidad Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Committee in times of disasters and calamities. She is also a writer in the Health and Home Magazine with nationwide circulation; she wrote “Through the Years, Even in Crisis”. She developed a “Guided Home Module: Psychosocial Support Activities for Elementary Learners for DepEd-CAR”.

She is now with the Schools Division Office of Benguet as Education Program Specialist II where she believes is a good venue to expand her support to i-Benguet learners.
